Learning Disabilities Social Worker Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning Disabilities Social Worker to join our Preparing for Adulthood Team in Greater Manchester. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with young people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, or neurodiversity as they transition into adulthood.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with young people and their families, providing tailored support and guidance during this critical transition phase. Your expertise in Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Transitions will be invaluable in helping us achieve better outcomes for individuals and their families.

What We Look For:
Recognised degree in Social Care and current registration with Social Work England
At least 2 years of experience in Learning Disabilities and/or Transition Social Work
