Team Leader Children with Learning Disability and Mental Health needs LocationBolton Farnworth

80ph 40 hours a week Days
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? Do you want to be part of a supportive team in a nurturing environment Care, we are looking for dedicated and experienced Level 3 Children and young people or equivalent Team Leader to join our team.
Its a large, detached home offering a safe, supportive environment for children and young people who have experienced trauma, mental health challenges, and or learning disabilities. With extensive outdoor space, its got opportunities for relaxation and recreation, including outdoor sports and activities in the garden, especially during the summer months.
Provide consistent, high-quality care to children and young people.
Support the Staff in supporting the young people in daily activities, including outdoor sports, gardening, and recreational pursuits.
Work collaboratively with the management team, complete Supervision, manage the running of the shifts
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of young people.
Experienced in supporting children with trauma, mental health issues, or learning disabilities desirable but not essential.
Take part on the on call, and be flexible team player.
Qualified in Children and young people
