We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Children and Young People or equivalent Team Leader to join our team.

This role offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care to children and young people who have experienced trauma, mental health challenges, and/or learning disabilities.

The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of young people. They will be experienced in supporting children with trauma, mental health issues, or learning disabilities and have a flexible approach to working as part of a team.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with the management team, complete supervision, and manage the running of shifts. You will also support staff in assisting young people with daily activities, including outdoor sports, gardening, and recreational pursuits.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.80 per hour (40 hours a week), plus a comprehensive benefits package with opportunities for professional development.
