About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Control Specialist to join our client's team in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and contribute to the operational success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Focus: Ensure all products meet the highest standards and company requirements by overseeing daily quality-focused tasks.
  2. Procedure Development: Support in developing and implementing quality control procedures that drive business excellence.
  3. Issue Resolution: Identify and communicate quality issues to take corrective actions and ensure seamless operations.
  4. Insight Generation: Analyse data to pinpoint areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to teams.
  5. Reporting: Maintain accurate quality reports and logs to monitor quality metrics.

Necessary Skills:

A strong background in Jewellery or high-end retail, combined with knowledge of SAP, is crucial for this role. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are also essential.

Estimated Salary: This position offers an annual salary range of £50,000 - £65,000.
