Are you a quality control expert looking for a new challenge?

Ardmore Group is a leading construction company based in London and we are currently seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Quality Management processes, planning Quality Control requirements, and managing the project Field View platform.

The Project:

A £50m RC Frame Residential development of 161 flats across 3 blocks with associated amenities and roof gardens.

Blocks vary from 8 Stories to 12 stories that overlook the River Thames.

Main Responsibilities:

You can produce Inspection and Test Plans for complex works. You can plan, coordinate, and communicate activities across construction functions and liaise with Package Managers and other stakeholders.

You are familiar with Project Specifications and British, International, and Industrial Standards, and researching compliance requirements referenced in Project Specifications.

You are a confident communicator, capable of leading technical meetings and providing training to colleagues.

We're Looking For:

  • Confident with Project Specifications, British, International, and Industrial Standards
  • Produce Inspection & Test Plans
  • SMSTS
  • Lead / Internal Auditor
  • Trimble (Viewpoint Field View admin, Viewpoint for Projects user)

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
