Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client programs, contribute to pre-sales activities, and continuously improve the existing operating model.
  • Expand the technology team to meet growing demand for cloud-based services.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A degree-level education or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of key business drivers like cost reduction and insight-led improvement.
  • Experience across various industry sectors, including Media, Retail, Banking, and Government.
  • Expertise in multiple Workday Finance ERP implementation lifecycles.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes enabled by Workday Finance.
  • Familiarity with additional Workday modules like HR and Payroll is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing teams of 10+ colleagues.
Requirements
  • Strong influencing abilities, particularly with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of cloud-based environments and the challenges of implementing and operating on the cloud.
  • Excellent analytical skills, capable of breaking down complex issues and synthesizing large amounts of information.
  • Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and presentation, both virtually and in person.
  • The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information and changing priorities.
  • Solid organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills, especially in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
