Key Responsibilities

The Head of Sales will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Winning business through product sales for the Ground Combat and Missiles Systems portfolio of products
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Leading for the Winning Business process, from WB MA to WB1 and taking decisions in accordance with delegated authority
  • Delivering on KPIs in accordance with annual goals set during the IPM process

The ideal candidate will have experience in contributing to a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-driven environment, to achieve KPIs and Objectives.
