What You Will Be Responsible For

This role requires a proven sales leader to develop and execute a strategic plan for member growth and expansion. Key areas of focus include:

  1. Strategic planning and execution for member recruitment, activation, and retention.
  2. Leveraging CRM systems and sales analytics tools to inform business decisions.
  3. Mentoring and developing a high-performing sales and membership team.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.

Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 per annum

Location: London - Hybrid (3 days minimum on-site)
