About The Advocate Group

The Advocate Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in the North West. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and driving revenue growth.


Job Overview

This exciting opportunity involves developing and implementing strategies to win new premium groups and national accounts. You will work closely with internal teams to leverage your expertise and build strong relationships with customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the premium on-trade sector.
  • Develop targeted approaches to secure business within pubs, bars, restaurants, and hotels.
  • Leverage a prospecting database to drive sales efforts.
  • Take a consultative approach to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective account management.
  • Develop compelling marketing and commercial tenders to win new business.
  • Maintain regular communication with regional teams to stay informed about market trends and customer needs.
  • Onboard and support new accounts to ensure successful integration.

About You
  • You have a proven track record of winning new business and driving revenue growth in the premium on-trade sector.
  • You possess a strong instinct for growing brands in premium groups and RTM/Wholesale.
  • You have an established on-trade network and a deep understanding of the market.
