About the Role: Submarine Design Professional

BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled Submarine Design Professional to join their team in the UK. In this role, you will work on designing and developing cutting-edge submarines for the Royal Navy and Royal Australian Navy.

As a Submarine Design Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the largest shipbuilding programmes in the UK, undertaking research and development activities, and writing technical reports. You will also be required to present your findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in naval architecture, including experience in ship design analysis and build support. A degree in Naval Architecture is highly desirable, and you should have Chartered Engineer status or be working towards it. Excellent analytical skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
