Job Overview

This role involves leading the practice team and overseeing line management responsibilities at Rodericks Dental Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage profit and loss by controlling costs and identifying growth opportunities
  • Review business reports to ensure efficient and profitable practice operation
  • Supervise banking procedures, including deposits, payments, reconciliation, and debt management
  • Keep all practice documentation up-to-date, including policies, procedures, and handbooks
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + performance bonus.

You will also receive retail discounts and deals through our app, an extra day of annual leave for your birthday, and an annual leave package which increases with your length of service.

Requirements
  • Dental practice management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Prior experience in business performance management, working with KPIs and targets, and managing profit and loss
  • Staff management experience, including appraisals and performance management
  • A high level of enthusiasm and motivation to contribute to practice growth
  • CQC registration as a practice manager or willingness to complete necessary requirements, including DBS check
