About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our cafe and restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of hospitality staff to deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to set and achieve financial targets, and oversee results to drive business growth.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including food and beverage management, customer service, and staff development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.
