Therapeutic Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our team at a specialist school in Wheatley, Oxfordshire. As a Therapeutic Support Specialist, you will provide clinical support to young people with complex needs, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create therapeutic living and learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualised interventions for young people.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into all aspects of education, care, and support.
- Offer consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams.
Requirements:
- Be a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
- Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
