About the Job:

This role involves assisting adults with disabilities and/or additional support needs in their own homes, providing support with daily tasks, personal care, and more. You will work closely with colleagues and other professionals to ensure high-quality care and promote independence and dignity.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily tasks, such as household chores, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support service users with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom.
  • Encourage participation in activities and hobbies, promoting mental and physical well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of service user information and progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to develop and implement care plans.
