About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Manager to join our team at Caldic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our range of chemical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including account planning and contract management
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and initial customer contact
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to plan and forecast segment sales
  • Gain and analyze market insights, indicators, and trends to inform sales strategies
  • Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline to achieve year-on-year growth
