Cumbria-based education provider seeks a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Training for Nuclear Skills.

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires someone with a solid understanding of engineering education and experience in curriculum design, delivery, assessment and evaluation.

The role involves leading the team responsible for delivering the Apprenticeship contract, ensuring compliance and providing high-quality training programmes for students.

The salary for this position is £49,995 per annum, which includes a generous benefits package, including a pension and 28 days' annual leave. We also offer a relocation package of up to £2,500 for relocating candidates.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Level 3 Engineering qualification
  2. Teaching qualification
  3. Substantial experience in engineering education
  4. Background in post-16 education/training
