Head of Nuclear Apprenticeships Programme

We are seeking a highly experienced individual to lead our Nuclear Apprenticeships Programme as Head of Training for Nuclear Skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Cumbria, requiring someone with a strong background in engineering education and experience in post-16 education/training.
The role involves managing the operational aspects of the Apprenticeship contract, ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality training programmes.
The annual salary for this position is £49,995, which includes a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension and 28 days' annual leave. We also offer a discretionary relocation package of up to £2,500 for relocating candidates.
Necessary Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 3 Engineering qualification
- Teaching qualification
- Significant experience in engineering education
- Proven track record in post-16 education/training
