We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Engineering Manager - Nuclear Safety Regulation in our Carlisle office.
About the JobThis is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level engineer with expertise in nuclear safety regulation and engineering management. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising leaders at all levels on nuclear legislation, site license applications, and regulatory requirements.
Key Accountabilities- Event Reporting: Developing and implementing event reporting systems and operational experience feedback (OEFL) systems.
- Nuclear Capabilities: Overseeing the development and maintenance of the nuclear baseline together with organisational change processes.
- Nuclear Safety Culture: Understanding of promoting a strong nuclear safety culture through stewardship and leadership concepts.
- Systematic Approach to Training (SAT): Experience in developing competency-based training frameworks using SAT.
- Radiological Protection Advice: Providing authoritative radiological protection advice.
As a Senior Engineering Manager at CV-Library, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £80,000-£95,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and development.
