Human Resources Coordinator

CPL is recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a world-class manufacturing business in Portadown, County Armagh. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to the Training & Development and Health & Safety functions.
About the Role
In this dynamic role, you will primarily assist with training administration, reviewing budgets, and advising trainers and line managers on employee flexibility and plant targets. You will also contribute to the wider HR team, providing a high-quality customer-focused service. Key responsibilities include:
- Training Administration: Reviewing budget, completing forecast reviews, and making recommendations on spend.
- Advising Trainers and Line Managers: Employee flexibility and plant targets.
- Maintaining Operator Training and Certification Database.
- Developing and Implementing Training Programs.
- Coordinating and Delivering Induction and Training to All New Starts and Transfers.
- Promoting and Coordinating Company's Career Development Scheme.
- Maintaining and Submitting Training & Development Grant Claims.
- Creating Adhoc Reports as Required.
