We are partnering with a prominent Northern Ireland-based company to find a skilled Training and Quality Coordinator for a fixed-term contract.

This stimulating role is designed for a motivated individual from a technical background (FMCG) seeking to drive workforce development, upskill employees, and maintain high quality metrics.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Design and deliver interactive training sessions to engage employees
  • Coordinate external training activities to meet business objectives
  • Maintain accurate training records and matrices to ensure compliance
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives to inform future improvements
Quality Management:
  • Implement and manage Quality Management Systems to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure adherence to HACCP standards and best practices
  • Prepare for and participate in regular audits (BRC)
Requirements:
  • A degree in a related field, such as Food Science, Quality Systems, or Microbiology
  • Proven knowledge of Quality Management Systems and HACCP
  • Familiarity with BRC and major retailer audits is beneficial
  • Advanced IT skills, including Excel and e-learning management systems
  • Previous experience in a similar role, delivering training on technical topics
  • Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Estimated Salary:

£52,000 - £62,000 per annum
