Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with an award-winning business in the manufacturing sector who are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their warm and welcoming team.

This role is an essential hire for the business as it will encompass a range of administrative duties that will contribute to the smooth running of the head office.

**This role will involve**:

- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings.
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Arranging post and deliveries.
- Ensure databases are kept up to date with accurate information.
- Coordinate office activities and operations.
- Working closely with the Directors to co-ordinate schedules.
- Support the finance department - dealing with supplier queries.

**Experience required**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication - capable of communicating with clients confidently.
- Time management and organisation.
- IT skills.
- Attention to detail.
