Job Summary
CPL is actively recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a world-class manufacturing business in Portadown, County Armagh. As a key member of the Training & Development and Health & Safety functions, you will provide administrative support and contribute to the wider HR Team.

About the Role
You will primarily provide administrative support to the Training & Development and Health & Safety functions, contributing to a high-quality, customer-focused service. Key responsibilities include:
  • Training Administration: Reviewing budget forecasts, completing reviews, and making recommendations on spend.
  • Advising Trainers, Line Managers, and Leadership Team on Employee flexibility and Plant targets.
  • Maintaining operator training and certification database.
  • Developing and implementing training programs.
  • Coordinating and delivering Induction and training to all new starts and transfers.
  • Promoting and coordinating Company's Career Development Scheme.
  • Maintaining and submitting Training & Development grant claims.
  • Creating ad-hoc reports as required.

Health & Safety Administration
You will maintain and update H&S databases, promote a positive H&S environment, and adhere to all legislative requirements. Additionally, you will support and attend HSE meetings, ensuring adequate communication throughout the Plant. General administration tasks will be assigned as required by the HR Manager.

What We Offer
A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, flexible start/finish times, early 1pm finish on Fridays, and hybrid working arrangements.
