Job Title: Amazon Business Solutions Specialist

About the Role:

As an Amazon Business Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in helping businesses and public organizations transform their procurement processes. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions using Amazon Business. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing and developing relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities for growth, and driving long-term initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and define customer procurement needs to design how Amazon Business can solve their operational and strategic challenges.

Advise customers on setting up a comprehensive procurement solution using Amazon Business to accelerate their digital transformation.

Identify new product development opportunities and collect and relay customer needs to internal Amazon teams.

Requirements:

Proven consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation skills, and being an active listener.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver consistent results over a period of time.

Proven ownership and bias for action in managing responsibilities and developing scalable processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

BA/BSc degree or relevant experience proving ability to solve complex problems.

Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Knowledge of procurement processes and systems commonly used by Small and Medium Business.

Sales experience is a plus but not required.
