Customer Success Specialist Solutions Architect Solutions Expert

The Amazon Connect Customer Success Specialist Solutions Architect (CSS SA) plays a critical role in helping customers achieve their full potential by accelerating their adoption of Amazon Connect, a leader in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) market segment. As a key member of the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Amazon Connect team, you will leverage your deep expertise in the Contact Center and customer experience domain to advance adoption of AWS products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage your technical expertise to provide strategic guidance to customers on the design and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions.
- Develop and deliver presentations to executive-level stakeholders and customers on the value proposition of Amazon Connect and AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Professional Services, AWS account teams, and Amazon Connect service teams, to drive customer success and adoption of Amazon Connect.
- Educate customers on the latest features and innovations in Amazon Connect and provide thought leadership through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, and public-speaking events.
The Amazon Connect Customer Experience specialist team helps customers learn about and adopt Amazon Connect, a cloud contact center that delivers a rapid pace of innovation and enables companies to unlock bar-raising experiences for customers and agents at lower cost. As a key member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with customers to drive their success and adoption of Amazon Connect.
What We're Looking For- A deep understanding of the Contact Center and customer experience domain, with experience in design, implementation, and consulting in applications and infrastructures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with complex Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) implementations, with a strong understanding of communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP.
