Care Services Manager

We are seeking a Care Services Manager to join our team in Great Amwell, Ware, Hertfordshire, England. As a Care Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, case managing residents, administering medication, and working closely with the leadership team to develop services.

Key Responsibilities- Leading and supervising your shift to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.
- Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and deliver personalized care plans.
- Administering and recording medication as required.
- Conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks to residents.
- Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs and promote independence.
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent qualification.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good understanding of care planning processes and procedures.
- Experience in administering medication or willingness to undertake training.
- A natural ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
