Job Summary

We are seeking a Resident Support Coordinator to join our team in Great Amwell, Ware, Hertfordshire, England. As a Resident Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting residents with daily needs, promoting independence, and working closely with the leadership team to develop services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting residents with daily needs, promoting independence, and encouraging engagement in activities.
  • Working alongside care assistants to provide high-quality care and service delivery.
  • Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and deliver personalized care plans.
  • Administering and recording medication as required.
  • Conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks to residents.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with others, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good understanding of care planning processes and procedures.
  • Experience in administering medication or willingness to undertake training.
  • A natural ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
