About the Role:

  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address resident concerns, providing timely interventions and solutions.
  • Support residents in exploring new interests and experiences, encouraging independence and confidence.
  • Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and compassion, upholding Care UK's values.
What We Offer:
  • A salary of approximately £19,000 - £21,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
