Learning and Development Specialist

As a Learning and Development Officer, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of the Bracknell Forest Learning and Development Plan. You will work closely with our small, friendly learning and development team to design, deliver, and facilitate a range of learning activities and groups.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on learning solutions to meet the needs of our employees.
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the Learning and Development training budgets under the direction of the Head of Learning and Development.
- Lead on ensuring EDI compliance in our learning and development activities.

You will be able to communicate effectively with the rest of the organisation and have a strong understanding of EDI compliance.
