About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Officer to join our team at Bracknell Forest Council. As a key member of our HR, OD & Payroll service, you will play a vital role in delivering our Learning and Development Plan and contributing to the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deliver, and facilitate a range of learning activities and groups to meet the needs of our employees.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers on learning solutions, ensuring we satisfy need within our available resources.
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the Learning and Development training budgets under the direction of the Head of Learning and Development.

Requirements
