About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring teacher in Visual Arts to join our team. This post provides an excellent opportunity for a teacher with passion and drive who is committed to enabling our students to unlock their potential and switch on to the power of learning.

The successful candidate will have an appropriate professional qualification and/or an Art & Design degree, preferably with experience in a range of visual art disciplines. Ideal candidates will also have recent teaching experience in an FE environment, the ability to deliver UAL programmes in Art & Design and a proven track record of managing student groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach UAL Art & Design courses across levels 2 and 3 at our Bracknell and Wokingham College Campus
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of our students
  • Manage student groups and provide pastoral support
  • Develop and maintain links with local businesses and the wider community to build and engage students in valuable work experience and project-based learning
