About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Marketing Director for Global Expansion to drive our international marketing strategy and execution for the Extreme Events Solutions business.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, leveraging market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor information to inform integrated positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies.

  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Leverage market trends, customer behaviors, competitor information to provide actionable insights that inform integrated positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies.
  • Customer Journey: In collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, utilize proprietary and third-party research to refine target personas, buyer needs, and purchasing decision processes.
  • Marketing Strategy: Lead/participate in defining the market opportunity for a business area through a comprehensive understanding of business goals, solution portfolios, roadmaps, and pricing models.
  • Campaign Development: Spearhead the planning and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns based on data insights, including oversight of messaging calendars, campaign budget management, and post-campaign performance evaluations.
  • Messaging & Positioning: With minimal guidance and demonstrating a solid understanding of the product/solution, draft marketing campaign briefs and messaging guides that capitalize on business opportunities to build strong marketing outcomes.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with Sales and key marketing stakeholders to deliver compelling sales aids and consistent tradeshow experiences to create and advance sales pipeline opportunities.
  • Thought Leader: Understand the big picture, taking initiative to deliver project assignments on time and budget while effectively navigating outside the formal span of responsibility.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
