At MMGY Global, we're a dynamic team of passionate individuals who share an unwavering love for travel. Our Sales and Marketing Account Director will be part of this team, working on one of our flagship Middle Eastern clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, direct, and implement strategic and creative activities for sales and trade marketing to achieve optimum promotional awareness, raise the client's market profile, increase sales, and change perceptions within the UK and Irish market.
  2. Support the Senior Account Director position with the development of strategy and vision for the client within the UK and Irish market.
  3. Build and maintain excellent relationships with key customers, trade contacts, suppliers, airlines, tour operators, and hotels to ensure the client's maximum sales potential is realised.
  4. Oversee the annual plan of tactical activity, including familiarisation trips, sales missions, roadshows, trade events, travel trade training, head office visits, and trade marketing.
  5. Track the client's financial year and ensure delivery of KPIs within budgets.
  6. Contribute to the Sales & Marketing department with industry knowledge and experience.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the travel sector.
  8. Manage people, marketing activities, and budgets effectively.
