Job Title: Strategic Sales and Marketing Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead the launch of our new skincare brand in the UK and globally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a high-growth sales and marketing strategy, driving top and bottom-line goals, and enhancing brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a strategic plan and go-to-market strategy
* Establish key strategic distribution partners
* Develop the people strategy to align with delivering the annual goals
* Continually review the marketing budgets to ensure the proper channels are utilised most effectively and efficiently
* Proactively work with the innovation team to ensure you have products and programs relevant to the market
* Build a high-performance marketing and communications team to maximise in-store consumer engagement

Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry
* Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing and the beauty retail landscape
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work seamlessly across internal teams and external partners
