Senior Manager, Commerce Media- Europe

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Commerce Media- Europe to join our expanding European Digital Commerce team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing best-in-class retail media strategies and plans for CPG brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail media strategies and plans for CPG brands
  • Work with clients to develop a retail media strategy and provide guidance to the search & DSP team
  • Support the development of retail strategy, client media mix, and budget allocations
  • Manage team workflow, training, and internal project reviews
  • Report back on campaign performance and collaborate with vendor and search teams to provide campaign data, insights, and strategic recommendations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in retail search space with previous Amazon experience
  • Exceptional Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.)
  • Retail media buying or planning experience on one or more of the following platforms: Amazon, Criteo, or Citrus Ads
  • Adept at analyzing results, synthesizing data, drawing out insights, and developing insightful and actionable recommendations
  • Passion for and strong knowledge of all elements of the retail and omnichannel media landscape
