Job Title: Retail Media Senior Account Manager

Publicis Commerce is a leading media agency that fuels business growth by harnessing the modern media landscape to create personalized consumer connections on a massive scale. We're looking for a talented Retail Media Senior Account Manager to join our team and help us deliver best-in-class online retail strategy and uncover growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Commerce team and Director on your account by responding to briefs, making strategic suggestions, reporting, and presenting to the client.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies that align with the overall client business objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for retailers and incorporate into strategic decisions that will help the client improve their performance.
  • Work closely with internal data teams to understand customer preferences and behaviours, leveraging data insights to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Manage an international team of up to 5 Account Managers and Executives.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Senior Account Manager or Associate/Account Director in retail media.
  • Must have experience with Amazon and UK retailers.
  • Desired experience in social commerce or paid social would be very beneficial, as well as in-store digital displays, but the willingness to learn is key.
  • Skills in building presentations, responses, and recommendations to clients within commerce.
  • You need to have great communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills – our clients like to be challenged, but with diplomacy.
