About the Role

We are looking for a talented Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Coventry area. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, executing marketing initiatives, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build relationships with customers in the convenience channel
  2. Implement direct market activation strategies
  3. Conduct direct promotional activities on the market
  4. Train and develop distribution partner staff
  5. Manage POS inventory and stock levels
  6. Secure new retail partnerships
  7. Distribute promotional materials and merchandise
  8. SUPPORT DISTRIBUTORS WITH PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY
  9. Communicate market insights to distributors
  10. Publish regular activity reports

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license

Salary: £25,000 + £6,000 OTE + fully expensed vehicle, benefits, etc.
