About the Role

We are seeking a talented Field Sales Executive to join our Coventry-based regional sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Billing relationships with key accounts within the convenience channel
  • Executing targeted market activation plans to boost sales
  • Crafting and delivering compelling promotions on the market
  • Mentoring and guiding distribution partner staff
  • Managing Point-of-Sale (POS) installations and maintenance
  • Sourcing and acquiring new independent retailers aligned with the client's profile.
  • Optimizing stock line distribution per outlet to meet the desired mix.
  • Supplying point-of-sale materials and merchandising to existing and new stockists according to direction.
  • Collaborating with designated distributors on promotional campaigns as agreed.
  • Providing valuable market insights to distributors.
  • Completing and submitting activity reports on schedule.
