We are seeking a talented Field Sales Executive to join our Coventry-based regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Billing relationships with key accounts within the convenience channel
- Executing targeted market activation plans to boost sales
- Crafting and delivering compelling promotions on the market
- Mentoring and guiding distribution partner staff
- Managing Point-of-Sale (POS) installations and maintenance
- Sourcing and acquiring new independent retailers aligned with the client's profile.
- Optimizing stock line distribution per outlet to meet the desired mix.
- Supplying point-of-sale materials and merchandising to existing and new stockists according to direction.
- Collaborating with designated distributors on promotional campaigns as agreed.
- Providing valuable market insights to distributors.
- Completing and submitting activity reports on schedule.
- Dedicated, results-driven, and passionate about sales
- Agile, innovative thinker in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to build successful partnerships
- Able to strike a balance between teamwork and personal goals
- Quick learner, resourceful problem-solver
- Licensed driver
