Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our stores are well-stocked, visually appealing, and provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all products are displayed attractively.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.

Requirements
