As a Retail Sales Associate, prior technical knowledge is not a requirement; all new team members participate in a comprehensive two to three-day training program, either online or at our training facility. This program equips you with essential skills and insights to effectively assist customers and create memorable experiences. From supplier demonstrations to hands-on product testing, we ensure you gain the confidence needed to provide outstanding recommendations.
Our Retail Sales Associates have flexible schedules that may include weekends. Our locations typically operate seven days a week, generally between 9 AM and 8 PM, though specific hours may vary.
Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will be tasked with:
● Engaging customers with insightful questions to align them with suitable products.
● Ensuring every customer interaction is remarkable.
● Providing additional services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
● Contributing to the overall sales success of the store.
