As a Retail Sales Associate, prior technical knowledge is not a requirement. All new team members participate in a comprehensive two to three-day training program, either online or at our training academy. This experience equips you with essential skills and insights to effectively assist customers, ensuring they have a remarkable experience. From product demonstrations to hands-on training with the latest technology, we will empower you to provide top-tier recommendations.
Our Retail Sales Associates work flexible hours, which may include weekends. Store operating hours typically range from 9 AM to 8 PM, varying by location.
