Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, answering queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card payments, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new releases and promotions.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
