Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant/Driver to join our team. As a Sales Assistant/Driver, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores. You will work closely with our sales team to deliver a memorable customer experience, maximize sales and market share, and carry out customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome and informed conversation to customers, ensuring a personalized proposal that meets their needs.
  • Use our client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience and support our monthly customer contact plan.
  • Follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor and load the van for deliveries.
  • Develop your skills and encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools.
  • Work collaboratively with instore colleagues and our UK Sales Team to achieve sales and customer service targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or retail role.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized and with an eye for detail.
