Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, HR policies, and procedures
* Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
* Collaborate with senior leaders, managers, and employees to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
* Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Proven experience in employee relations and HR
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
