Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Research Culture Project Manager to support the development of our emerging research culture strategy for the university.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of a programme of activities, resources and projects to facilitate a broad engagement in research culture activity across the collegiate university.
  • Work with the Research Culture Community Manager to increase internal engagement in research culture activity and build an external profile of the work taking place at Cambridge for audiences such as future research employees, funders and other key sector stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the research culture activity and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A thorough understanding of the research culture agenda both at the University of Cambridge and more widely across the Higher Education sector.
  • Experience of developing, delivering and evaluating activities that support research culture change.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the university.
