Membership Acquisition Specialist

As a Membership Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships to prospective members. Your key objectives will include:
- Promoting and selling memberships through tours, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective members.
- Conducting engaging and informative tours of the club, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Ensuring the club is trained in line with company expectations.
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team to achieve and exceed membership KPIs.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive new membership acquisition and retention.
- Conducting regular training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
