Sales and Membership Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Advisor to join our team at Bannatynes. As a key player in our growth, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships, conducting engaging tours, and developing strategic sales plans to drive new membership acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective members
- Conduct engaging and informative tours of the club, highlighting key features and benefits
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve and exceed membership KPIs
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive new membership acquisition and retention
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional campaigns and special offers
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments
We are seeking a candidate with strong organisational and multitasking abilities, the ability to think outside the box, and a genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a fitness environment is desirable, along with strong sales and negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving targets.
