About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Membership Sales Advisor to join our team at Village Hotels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our leisure facilities to potential new members.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet potential new members, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.
- Conduct tours of our leisure facilities, highlighting the benefits and features of our membership packages.
- Match individual needs to our facilities, ensuring a perfect fit for our members.
- Advise on additional products and services to help members achieve their fitness goals.
