Are you an experienced administrative professional seeking a challenging role as an Executive Assistant to a high-level executive in a dynamic and professional environment? Our client, a global leader in technology private equity, is looking for a skilled French-speaking professional to join their London office as an EA to provide comprehensive support to the co-head based in Green Park.

This client is at the forefront of innovation in technology-driven private equity, requiring a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented administrative professional to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the executive level. This role demands a seasoned assistant who can handle complex schedules, prioritize high-priority projects, and anticipate the needs of senior executives, allowing them to focus on driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic calendar management with the ability to plan and prioritize meetings and appointments. Scheduling internal and external meetings. This role involves coordinating complex travel itineraries, including commercial and private flights, domestic, and international. With flexibility for last-minute changes, including off-hours. Prepare high-volume monthly expense reports. Board packs and presentations. Coordinate Portfolio Board meetings, workshops, and other key events. Assist with regulatory records for compliance. Provide backup administrative support to other investment professionals as needed.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

8+ years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within private equity or financial services.

Fluency in French is required.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

The ability to juggle multiple priorities and adjust to changing needs in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
