Role Overview

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our small but dedicated team of professionals, reporting directly to the CEO. This role presents an exciting opportunity for career growth as the business expands.

The ideal candidate will possess a Part Qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA) or QBE qualification and have previous experience in Not For Profit Organisations. A competitive salary and benefits package, hybrid working options, and opportunities for professional development are available.

  • Collaborate with the CEO and Board to drive sustained growth and expansion.
  • Produce accurate and detailed financial reports.
  • Rigorously review and improve the outsourced finance function.
  • Lead the development of an in-house finance team, reducing reliance on external services.
