About the Role

We are seeking a Healthcare Services Director to join Henmarth Limited in Dartford, Kent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality care services, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in similar roles. A health and social care degree or equivalent qualification is essential, as is a clear enhanced DBS record and sound knowledge of CQC legislation.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an outstanding package that includes length of service leave, fully funded Blue Light Discount Card, and access to Wagesteam's financial wellbeing app. Other benefits include Employee Assistance Programme, free compliance training, and opportunities for development.
